Natural Cured and Smoked Bacon
We continue to make it with the same recipe from great-grandfather Ramón. Our cured and smoked natural bacon has the same traditional flavour as well as a smoked aroma of oak and beech.
Ingredients: Bacon (80%), water, salt, potato starch, dextrose, emulsifiers (E-451, E-450, E-452), gelling agents (E-407, E-415), acidity regulator (E- 331), flavor enhancer (E-621), antioxidant (E-301), preservative (E-250), lactic ferments, dextrin, isolated soy protein, powdered porcine plasma, porcine hemoglobin, yeast extract, aroma smoke, maltodextrin and essential oil of black pepper.
Presentation: In a piece of 4 kg approx.
